We currently have systems in place to monitor the quality of our parts which includes bar coded job sheets/travelers to control each stage of production. Through the use of these travelers every material certification is electronically scanned and logged for each part to ensure document traceability. We perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections using calibrated gauges.
